Orders

The Look It LTD provides Unlicensed Prescription Only Medicines (POM) through our online service. Our in-house prescribers will assess your suitability for treatment through a consultation process before issuing a prescription. Once approved, the medication will be dispensed and dispatched to you.

Payments

All payments must be received and confirmed prior to dispatch. All products listed include VAT for EU residents.

Delivery

The Look It LTD uses Royal Mail to deliver its products. Once orders have been directed to Royal Mail, they are responsible for the safe and effective delivery of your product. It is up to you to ensure the address, whether this be a safe place or your home address, is correct on receipt of delivery.

The Look It LTD will dispatch your prescription orders using Royal Mail’s 48-hour tracked service. In the case of refrigerated items, these orders are dispatched using the 24-hour tracked delivery service.

Cancellations and Refunds

You have the right to cancel your order for all goods purchased through our e-commerce platform prior to dispatch or within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us by phone or email using our ‘Contact Us’ tab to cancel.

All canceled goods must be sent back to our address at your own cost unless the item is damaged or defective. Refunds will not be processed unless goods are in perfect condition upon receipt.

You do not have the right to cancel certain goods:

– Goods that are subject to rapid depreciation and expiration.
– Goods that have been unsealed after delivery due to hygiene reasons.

All refunds will be paid to the card used upon the purchase of goods within 90 days.

The Look It LTD has the right to cancel your order if there is insufficient stock available or we are not capable of delivering to your area.

Pharmacovigilance & Reporting Adverse Reactions

– If you experience any side effects or adverse reactions from any medication supplied by The Look It LTD, you should report it to the **MHRA Yellow Card Scheme** (https://yellowcard.mhra.gov.uk).
– You should also inform your prescriber immediately if you experience any unexpected side effects.
